What to expect

First sessions

We start with a 20-minute phone consult, then move into a 90-minute intake focused on history and immediate priorities.

Response time

Emails and waitlist submissions receive a personal reply within 48 hours (Monday–Thursday).

Telehealth

Secure telehealth is available for teens and adults throughout Washington, with in-person sessions in Queen Anne when that feels better.

Availability + fees

Typical response time is within two business days. Alex offers 50- and 75-minute sessions on Mondays through Thursdays. Superbills provided for out-of-network reimbursement. Sliding scale spots are reserved for existing clients extending care.
